From a dedicated client manager, support in building your package, promoting your trip and designing your event schedule all the way through to delivering the experience with you in resort with our WhiteRoad resort team, we’ve got you covered.

Planning a grad scheme trip?

We’ve got you! We have a dedicated department who know exactly what the grads of this world want. The key ingredients being: good value, easy to book, expert support, great experience and a perfect blend of the outdoors, après and snow. About Us

How did we come to be?

The team behind WhiteRoad have snow as part of their DNA. The expert collective has been formed from a combination of backgrounds, all with a common love of doing things REALLY WELL. Noticing that there was a demand for bespoke corporate ski trips, the WhiteRoad brand, as it stands today, was formed. With each client representing their own unique needs, it was important to create a specialist division within our wider business (which takes over 40,000 passengers travelling each season), allowing us to service each contract to the Nth degree.

We offer a year-round experience, working with our group leaders to build an unforgettable trip from start to finish.

Account management: First & foremost, you are assigned an account manager - they are with you from day dot.
Communication: Right from the start, we set the communication channels so you always have access to what you need.
Plan your trip: Select your trip format, length and size alongside your account manager.
Explore options: Choose from a range of top-class resorts worldwide. From France, other European destinations to something a little more off the beaten path, we can tell you all about the options.
Pick your package: Accommodation, transport and all the extras; we will help you build the perfect package for your group where we include some things in the base package and others as added options.
Design your event schedule: How do you want to make your week memorable? Whether it's a mountain Savoyarde feast after sunset or an après takeover like no other, our events menu and expertise is the cherry on the top!
Promote your holiday: We provide you with all the tools you need to promote your trip to your group if you need this.
Launch: When you are all set, your booking page will be set live, and you are off!
And we will deliver: And that’s it, leave the rest to us and we will deliver your trip to the highest of standards including all customer service, itineraries, vouchers and planning.

Planning your trip

Your account manager will walk you through our tried and tested blueprint to planning the perfect team trip. But to give you an idea of what this looks like:

First decide WHO is going - you & a couple of mates, big group of colleagues, your whole department, the entire company?

Second WHERE and HOW long are you going for? We will talk you through all of the options. We operate in multiple resorts WorldWide and you can travel for varying lengths of time; from a short weekend break or week trip to a full month offsite if you are lucky enough!

Let us know WHY you are going? This helps us help you pick the perfect set up. Team building, remote mountain office, strategic retreats, incentive rewards, corporate takeovers, network invites or just a simple holiday away with your teammates, the choice is yours

And finally, the WHAT; Build your package! We will help you select your accommodation, travel options, lift passes, ski hire, lessons, events and anything else you think your group may need.
